Regional Sales Director (North America) - Competitive Pay + Hybrid/Relocation Options
We're working on behalf of a client seeking a hands-on Regional Sales Director (North America) to build and grow a North American sales organization. This role is ideal for a sales leader with deep hydraulic/fluids expertise. If you're energized by territory growth, strategic account work, and leading from the front, we want to hear from you.


Requirements

• Strong, proven experience in hydraulic valve applications and/or fluid power systems (required)
• Prior sales leadership/management experience (leading managers and remote teams)
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and customer-facing presence
• Ability to travel extensively across North America
• Track record supporting lead generation, strategic account development, and revenue growth
• Ability to provide market/technical guidance relevant to hydraulic solutions
• Comfortable partnering with executive leadership on strategy and expansion

Main Duties

• Lead and develop Regional Sales Managers across North America
• Drive growth through business development across all territories
• Support customer visits with the team through extensive travel
• Help generate leads and develop strategic accounts to increase sales performance
• Collaborate on pricing strategy and commercial decision-making
• Provide technical and market insight tied to hydraulic valves and fluid power applications
• Act as a liaison between North American operations and parent leadership in Italy
• Contribute to regional sales strategy, planning, and market expansion initiatives

• Target compensation range: $175,000-$200,000 for the right fit

• Base salary plus performance incentives and additional benefits (based on experience)
