Procurement Category Manager

Leading sourcing strategies for Brand Advertising and Consumer Marketing categories, the remote full-time Procurement Category Manager will manage supplier negotiations, RFP processes, and category management to optimize spend and drive business impact. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement long-term marketing category strategies to optimize spend and maximize value Manage continuous improvement initiatives to achieve significant year-over-year savings Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure service availability Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 7 to 10 years of experience in Category Management and Procurement, with a focus on marketing categories Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay processes and procurement best practices Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and manage supplier relationships Experience with SAP ERP preferred and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
