Accounts Payable ResponsibilitiesData Entry & G/L Coding: Accurately input, code, and route high-volume vendor invoices into the accounting system.Reconciliation: Perform regular balance sheet and vendor statement reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.Expense Management: Track, audit, and process employee expense reimbursement requests against company policy.Discrepancy Resolution: Research and resolve billing issues, missing invoices, or payment variances with vendors.Human Resources ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition: Manage the initial recruiting pipeline, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Onboarding & Training: Coordinate new hire onboarding workflows and audit mandatory training schedules for compliance.Payroll Support: Assist with payroll cycles by tracking hours, verifying deductions, and submitting approved expense data.Benefits Administration: Follow up on employee benefit elections and act as the primary point of contact for routine benefit questions.Role Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 2–4 years of combined experience in bookkeeping/AP and foundational HR administration.Software Competency: Proficiency with Outlook, Excel (advanced levels including vlookups and pivot table knowledge).Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and financial tracking.Discretion: Absolute confidentiality when handling employee information including payroll, medical, and personal information. #J-18808-Ljbffr Greenpoint Metals Inc
