On-Site | Dayton, OH $58,000–$60,000/year AR Specialist — Key Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable, collections, aging accounts, and customer reconciliations. Investigate and resolve complex AR discrepancies and outstanding balances. Conduct targeted collection calls and customer follow-up. The AR Specialist will update and standardize customer payment terms. The AR Specialist will support AR reporting and tax-related processes. Use advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables, to analyze AR data. Partner with leadership and internal teams to resolve issues and meet deadlines. AR Specialist- Requirements Accounts receivable experience. The AR Specialist should have strong Excel and financial analysis skills. Experience with aging analysis, collections, reconciliations, and forensic AR research. Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.
