Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative

Established in 2013, Excel Loading Systems is a rapidly growing manufacturer of bulk liquid transfer solutions serving the petrochemical industry. We are seeking a full-time Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to join our Cincinnati, OH team. Our culture is built on Quality, Safety, and Service.
As an Inside Sales Representative , you will be responsible for supporting customers and distributors, preparing quotes and orders, coordinating sales opportunities, and building product knowledge to grow into greater sales responsibilities.

What we’re looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, distribution, manufacturing, or a related field
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to learn technical products and ask questions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Ability to learn CRM, ERP, and other business software
- Experience with PVF, industrial distribution, manufacturing, petrochemical, or engineered products preferred
What You’ll Do:
- Support customers and distributors with quotes, product information, orders, and sales inquiries
- Prepare and process customer quotes, orders, and project documentation
- Communicate with customers to understand and scope their needs
- Qualify and coordinate in-bound sales opportunities
- Follow up on open deals and sales leads
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and outside sales teams
- Track orders, lead times, shipments, and customer commitments
- Maintain accurate information in CRM and ERP systems
- Develop product knowledge and sales skills to take on increasing sales responsibilities
