Business Manager

Role Overview The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial performance, business operations, and sales/marketing initiatives across the organization. This role requires a strong foundation in business and finance paired with exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with customers, partners, and internal teams. The ideal candidate combines analytical strength with charisma a true professional who can confidently analyze KPIs, lead budgeting efforts, and also represent the company with credibility and a persuasive “gift of gab.” Key Responsibilities Financial & Business Performance Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance dashboards. Analyze margins, operating KPIs, and business trends to guide strategic decisions. Develop financial models and support long‑range planning and business case development. Recommend cost‑savings, pricing strategies, and initiatives that drive revenue growth and profitability. Represent the Company in customer meetings, presentations, and industry events. Partner with the sales team on strategies, proposals, pricing packages, and customer outreach. Support branding, marketing campaigns, and development of communication materials. Identify new markets and business opportunities to expand company presence and strengthen competitive position. Operational & Cross‑Functional Leadership Work closely with operations, finance, HR, and leadership to ensure alignment on business objectives. Improve internal processes, reporting accuracy, workflow efficiency, and departmental coordination. Support key projects, quarterly reviews, and business development activities. Foster collaboration across teams to enhance organizational performance and consistency. Skills & Qualifications Experience & Knowledge Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related discipline. 3–7+ years of experience in business management, financial analysis, sales, or marketing. Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making. Core Competencies Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret financial data and business metrics. Persuasive communicator with natural charisma and excellent presentation skills. Relationship‑builder who engages well with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word). Comfortable working with financial models, KPI dashboards, and business reporting tools.
