Overview

Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)  

Pay, Benefits & Perks  

• Competitive pay: 

• $19.00–$22.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience 

• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 16.00 for each billable client hour worked 

• 15.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time 

• Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck 

• Fully paid training — no experience required 

• Company-paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Position Details  

• Position Type: Full-Time 

• Schedule: 

• Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM 

• Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling
