Opportunity:

Radiologic Technologist - Radiology

Job Details:

• Work a flexible schedule Monday through Friday with every other weekend rotation
• Shift times are flexible with 1 to 1.5 hours between start times depending on staffing needs
• One on-call shift per week with three call windows: 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, and 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM
• One holiday shift required per contract
• See an average of 15 to 20 patients per day per technologist
• Work with inpatient, outpatient, emergency department, and procedural patient populations across all age ranges including limited pediatrics
• Perform surgical and procedural imaging including fluoroscopy cases such as ERCPs, bronchoscopies, pain clinic procedures, and urology cases
• Perform OR imaging including orthopedic, general, and spine procedures with preferred comfort using O-arm
• Perform general radiology and portable imaging
• Utilize EPIC EMR, GE/Fuji/Del Medical X-ray equipment, McKesson PACS, and GE 9900, GE Elites, and Medtronic O-arm C-arm equipment
• Surgery scrubs provided on-site
• Free parking available
• Minimum 2 years of acute or surgical experience required
• Mid to high level hospital experience required
• Required credentials: ARRT, Wisconsin State License, and BLS certification
• Fast-paced environment with high acuity patients

Facility:

This large 636-bed medical center holds a Magnet Designation and serves as a Level III Trauma Center and Level III NICU. The facility operates as a Primary Stroke Center and maintains 24/7 support including on-site radiologists, hospitalists, intensivists, and respiratory therapy. The radiology department is well-staffed with lead technologists on first shift and a team of 14 technologists on days, 7 on second shift, and 3 on third shift, offering a highly supportive environment for skilled imaging professionals.
