Your Role

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design personalized therapy strategies to help them achieve their desired functional goals.

• Engage in Collaborative Care: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, holistic support.
• Educate and Empower: Provide insights and training to patients and caregivers on effective therapy methods and ongoing support strategies.
• Monitor Progress: Observe and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on track toward their goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continuing education or additional certifications are encouraged and will be supported

Licensing Requirements

• Current Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
