Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design targeted therapy strategies that guide them toward achieving their rehabilitation goals

Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to promote improvements in motor function, cognitive skills, and daily living activities

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive care for each patient

Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction to patients and their caregivers on therapeutic exercises to facilitate ongoing progress at home

Document Progress and Outcomes: Monitor and record clinical developments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure patient success

Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution

Encouragement for continuous education and professional development opportunities

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
