In this role, you'll help support a positive, mission-driven workplace while ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.We are dedicated to helping individuals live more complete and independent lives by providing care, support, and mentorship to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.This is a Monday through Friday, in-office position.What You'll DoGreet guests that come into the building and answer phone calls.Support recruitment by screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with hiring processesGuide new hires through onboarding, including communication and paperwork via BambooHRMaintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and compliance documentationAssist with training assignments, employee development, and tracking progressHelp manage benefits tracking, promotions, and employee recognitionProvide general administrative support and assist with HR policies and proceduresWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma required; degree in HR, Business, or related field preferredStrong organization skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPrior HR or administrative experience preferredAbility to handle sensitive information with discretionProficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS (BambooHR) experience a plusValid driver's licenseWhy Join Us?Be part of a team that truly makes a difference.
