SUPERVISOR, SHIFT at Startbucks (FULL TIME)

Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure all job expectations are completed while policy and procedures are maintained. Location & Schedule University of Texas – Dallas Campus, 800 W Campbell Rd SU 23, Richardson, TX 75080. Full‑time, shift‑based schedule. Online applications accepted only. Compensation $17.00 to $20.00 per hour. Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety. Act as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentor, develop employees, and encourage goal setting and advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: Supervisory experience. Preferred: Experience in a Starbucks or similar environment. Must be able to perform essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.
