The Aspenwood Company - 4517 Triangle Avenue - Responsibilities: Exercise independent judgment and discretion in performing tasks beyond routine resident care; Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitor residents' responses, and adhere to community infection control policies; Assist residents with medications as outlined in medication procedures and supervise those who self-administer; Maintain residents records daily, documenting medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, observations, and any changes in residents' conditions; Write weekly/monthly summaries addressing issues identified in service plans
