Description Associate Medical Assistant Providence Medical Group is immediately hiring compassionate Associate Medical Assistants in Everett, Mill Creek, Monroe, and surrounding Snohomish County communities. This role is ideal for recent Medical Assistant graduates, entry-level Medical Assistants, and individuals beginning their healthcare careers. Clinical Areas Opportunities may be available in a variety of care settings, including: Primary Care Family Medicine Internal Medicine Pediatrics Walk‑In Care Cardiology Orthopedics ENT Gastroenterology General Surgery Additional Procedure‑Based Specialties Available positions vary by clinic location and staffing needs. Required qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants, OR graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program, OR has completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces, OR minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant that includes the following clinical skills: obtaining vital signs, administering injections, and medication administration Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Certification Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Medical assisting experience in a clinic setting (0-6 months) Preferred qualifications: 6 months of prior experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast‑paced environment. 6 months of previous experience in a healthcare setting working with an Electronic Health record (EHR). The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
