Job Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive oncology evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and coordinate follow up care.
• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted agents per established protocols, ensuring patient safety and compliance.
• Document encounters accurately in the electronic medical record and maintain up to date treatment notes.
• Participate in tumor board discussions and collaborate with surgical, radiation, and supportive care teams.
• Educate patients and families about disease processes, treatment options, and side effect management.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine with Oncology subspecialty training.
• Current, unrestricted medical license for the state of New York.
• Minimum of 2 years of oncology clinical experience preferred.
• Active BLS certification.

Working Hours

• Day shifts, Monday through Friday.
• Standard clinic hours with occasional extended hours for infusion appointments or urgent consults.
