Job Description

This role partners with restaurant leadership to execute daily operations, coach and develop team members, and ensure every shift reflects our commitment to Operational Excellence and genuine hospitality. Success in this role is measured not only by operational results, but by the leaders they develop and the culture they help create.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with excellence while creating a calm, positive, and productive environment
• Model genuine hospitality by creating remarkable guest experiences
• Coach, encourage, and develop Team Members through real-time feedback
• Support the training and onboarding of new Team Members
• Hold yourself and others accountable to Chick-fil-A standards and restaurant expectations
• Execute daily operational systems with excellence, including food safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed of service
• Communicate effectively with fellow leaders to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Open and/or close the restaurant as a trusted key holder
• Complete cash handling, drawer counts, and end-of-day procedures
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, productivity, and the overall guest experience
• Foster a positive team culture where people feel challenged, supported, and valued

• Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive motions throughout a shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, including exposure to hot and cold temperatures
• Previous leadership experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for individuals with leadership potential, a growth mindset, and a desire to positively influence others
• Must be available to work 4 opens/closes per week
