Submission Rules: Local candidates are not accepted. Local radius is within 75 miles of the facility. FOS requires a complete 7-year work history (August 2015 Present), including: Clinical and non-clinical employment. PTO or medical leave. Schooling or other periods not actively working. Epic experience is strongly preferred, especially for RN positions. Candidates without Epic experience may be considered for difficult-to-fill positions. Candidates who cancel an assignment with fewer than 14 days' notice will be designated as Do Not Return (DNR) within the system.

Start / Facility Instructions: Modules Modules are completed during orientation and renewed annually. Module requirements vary by specialty. Module time is non-billable if completed within the first 8 hours of orientation.
