Job Overview

AV Taxi Rides is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Nashville, TN. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in customer service while supporting daily transportation operations and assisting customers with ride-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Assist customers with ride bookings, scheduling changes, and service-related questions
Provide accurate information regarding transportation services and company policies
Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to support customer needs
Update customer information within company systems
Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Professional and customer-focused attitude

Salary Range

$18 – $28 per hour , based on experience and qualifications
