Client Services Administrator

We are seeking a thoughtful, detail-oriented Client Service/Administrative Assistant to join our clients growing investment firm. Industry experience is a plus. You’ll work closely with senior team members gaining hands-on exposure to client relationships, operations, and the investment advisory process. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and ongoing service needs Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships through responsive and empathetic communication Assist with account onboarding, maintenance, and documentation Coordinate client communications, meetings, and follow-ups Support advisors with reporting, client reviews, and portfolio-related materials Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all client-facing and operational tasks Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery Continuously learn about firm offerings, investment concepts, and industry best practices Qualifications 2-5 years of professional experience (financial services experience is helpful but not required) High emotional intelligence-empathetic, patient, and client-focused Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative #J-18808-Ljbffr
