Full-Time Receptionist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently partnering with a professional organization in the South Nashville area seeking a Full-Time Receptionist to support daily front office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the face of the office, providing exceptional customer service, and helping keep business operations running smoothly.

Type: Direct Hire

Location: South Nashville/Brentwood area

Compensation: $22-$23 per hour

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, clients, and vendors while creating a welcoming and professional office experience
• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
• Support daily office operations including mail distribution, deliveries, and administrative tasks
• Assist with office coordination, facilities support, and workplace organization
• Help coordinate meetings, events, and office activities, including scheduling and setup
• Maintain office, kitchen, and supply inventory to ensure a well-organized workspace
• Provide administrative support to various departments and assist with special projects as needed
• Promote a positive office environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferred
• Associate degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• Experience working in a professional office or corporate environment is highly valued

Required Skills

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette with a customer-service-focused approach
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
