The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day staff activities. Will interact, coordinate, and facilitate activities with all disciplines, departments, and appropriate regulatory agencies.**Minimum Requirements*** Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current valid license by the State Board of Nursing.* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in geriatric nursing is preferred.* Minimum of 1 year of experience in the supervision and management of staff in a healthcare environment.* Bilingual English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin is preferred.* A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.**Compensation**Pay for this job starts at $114,400.00 annually**Compensation Disclaimer**Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
