Inventory Team CounterThe Inventory Team Counter supports the Inventory Team Manager and is responsible for counting accurately and expeditiously in VIP stores throughout all of the locations. The Inventory Team Counter also supports the record retention process.Inventory and Record Retention SupportPhysically counts SKUs and enters counts into electronic processor.Matches physical count to computer generated variance report and manually makes adjustments.Assists with identifying records which can be confidentially destroyed.Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)RequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent, some college preferredBasic understanding of inventory processesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and ExcelAbility to commute and be at work location 5 days a weekWillingness to travel including overnightPreferred SkillsExperience with inventory systemsBasic Excel skills (data entry, formulas, spreadsheets)Physical DemandsExtended periods of standingExtended periods of sitting when travelling to storesFrequent use of a computer and keyboardFrequent lifting of heavy materials (up to 40–50 lbs)Employment DisclaimerThis job description outlines essential duties but is not exhaustive.
