Accounting Assistant
Express Employment on 99th and Fort is recruiting for an Accounting Assistant to join a local Omaha client.


Job Details

• Type: Full Time
• Location: Omaha, NE
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
• Pay: Starting at $20/hr

Job Duties:

• Process invoices, orders, and expense reports
• Maintain accurate and organized files
• Update ledgers, journals, and other accounting records
• Assist in preparing periodical reports
• Generate basic financial summaries
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience in accounting or finance roles is preferred
• Proven experience with AP/AR
• Proficiency in using software, such as QuickBooks
• Strong understanding of payroll systems and payroll management.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
