If you're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAs a Construction Billing Specialist, you'll support the financial and administrative operations of assigned construction projects by:Set up new projects and maintain project records throughout the project lifecycleProcess customer billings, change orders, and project-related accounting transactionsSupport project managers with financial reporting and job management activitiesAccounts ReceivableMonitor outstanding receivables and proactively follow up on past-due accountsMaintain timely collection efforts and accurate collection notesPartner with management to identify accounts requiring external collection or lien actionsHelp ensure healthy cash flow across assigned projectsAccounts PayableServe as the primary point of contact for AP-related questions on assigned projectsProcess purchase orders, subcontractor invoices, and related documentation accurately and efficientlyContract AdministrationMaintain project contracts, change orders, and supporting documentationEnsure contract records are organized, complete, and up to dateAdministrative SupportProvide additional accounting and administrative support as needed to help projects and teams succeedWhat We're Looking For2+ years of accounting, billing, accounts receivable, or related experienceConstruction industry experience preferredAssociate's degree preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent communication and customer service skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software systemsWhy Waldinger?At Waldinger, you'll join a team that values collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.
