Provide excellent customer service and relationship management to existing Food Service on Premise customers to grow volume and meet revenue goals. Prospect new customers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance to contracts. Responsibilities:Develop progressive business relationships with assigned portfolio of customersIdentify and target new business to grow market share and lead contract negotiationsSell-in incremental volume, promotional programs, and innovation with existing customer baseActivation in customer outlets to strengthen brand partnershipFacilitate stewardship reviews with customers to highlight our value and ensure contract complianceLead contract renewal process for assigned customersKeep expense records and submit expense account reports on time and stay within budget goalsCollaborate with other departments to provide customers with a high level of serviceAssist with Coke sponsored community events and volunteer opportunitiesPerforms other duties as assignedRequirements:High School Diploma (or GED) requiredBachelor's Degree preferred2+ years Customer Service Role required1+ years Customer Sales preferredMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)Base pay range is $68,690 to $90,156 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
