We have many open shifts to pick from. Home Health Aide (HHA) Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in meaningful activities. Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping. Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well-being. Follow individualized care plans to ensure client safety and comfort. Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation as needed. Home Health Aide (HHA) Qualifications High school diploma or GED Valid/verifiable Home Health Aide Certificate from a reputable educational program One (1) year of documented caregiver or home care assistance experience Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest X‑ray Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Licensed driver with insured car and proof of insurance Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing high‑quality care Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively Ability to provide support for push/pull, bend, lift, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs based on client mobility Location Concord, Lexington, Bedford, Billerica, Carlisle, Woburn, Weston.
