Certified Home Health Aide Local Agency: Brightstar Care of Concord, Lexington and Woburn Location: Maynard, MA Position Type: Part Time Req ID: 183304620 Pay Range: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour, depending on shift and assignment. Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in meaningful activities. Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping. Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well-being. Follow individualized care plans to ensure client safety and comfort. Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Valid Home Health Aide Certificate from a reputable educational program. Minimum one year documented caregiver or home‑care experience. Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x‑ray. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Licensed driver with insured and reliable vehicle and proof of insurance. Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing high‑quality care. Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Capability to assist with pushing, pulling, bending, lifting, kneeling, and lift up to 50 lbs. Other Information Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time, Per diem.
