Maintenance Management Specialist

You will serve as a MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the MRO Production Division of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing real property that is federally owned, owned by tribes or tribal members, leased or held, or acquired through default; Granting easements and issuing leases, licenses, and/or permits for public/private use; Conducting inventories, utilization surveys, and/or compliance inspections.; Classifying space or property to determine use; Analyzing long and short-range property needs.
