Industriousness, innovation, excellence, respect, compassion, and collaboration drive our team in everything we do.  Job DescriptionPosition: Executive Housekeeper Reports To: General Manager of Home2 WilsonCollaborates With: Assistant General Manager, Chief Engineer, Front Office Team, and other department leaders POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:The Executive Housekeeper leads the housekeeping department at Home2 Wilson and plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience for every guest. This position is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety, and operational efficiency throughout guestrooms, public areas, and laundry facilities. The Executive Housekeeper partners closely with the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Chief Engineer, and other hotel leaders to achieve the optional, financial, guest-service, and team-development goals of the property. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with hospitality housekeeping experience, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail and the ability to build positive relationships with both team members and guests.  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Previous housekeeping experience is required; hotel housekeeping experience is strongly preferred.Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.Ability to effectively lead, train, coach, and motivate a diverse team.Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.Guest-service-oriented demeanor with a professional, positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for guests.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hotel environment.Ability to monitor labor, inventory, supplies, and other departmental expenses.Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel and company systems. PRINCIPLE JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead daily housekeeping operations to ensure guestrooms, public areas, and laundry facilities consistently meet BryantCorp, Home2, and Hilton standards.Routinely inspect guestrooms and public areas for cleanliness, presentation, safety, and maintenance needs.Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop housekeeping team members while promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.Clearly communicate performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback, recognition, and accountability.Monitor departmental labor, payroll, productivity, supplies, and other expenses to meet operational and budget goals.Maintain appropriate inventory levels of linens, guest supplies, cleaning products, and housekeeping materials, including month-end inventory.Coordinate staffing and daily assignments based on occupancy, arrivals, departures, and business needs.Partner with the Front Office and Engineering teams regarding room status, guest requests, maintenance concerns, and property needs.Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and ensure appropriate follow-up.Maintain departmental safety practices and ensure compliance with company policies, internal audit standards, and applicable OSHA requirements.Manage housekeeping procedures including key control, lost and found, work orders, and departmental records.Conduct departmental meetings and provide ongoing training and development for housekeeping team members.Assist with departmental forecasts, budgets, action plans, and other operational reports as needed.Demonstrate hands-on leadership and perform the duties of supervised positions when necessary.Assist the General Manager and hotel leadership team with additional duties and projects as requested.
