Restaurant General Manager Quick Service

What You Bring:

· 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in fast casual or quick service dining

· Proven restaurant leadership skills to build, coach, and motivate high-performing food service teams

· Strong knowledge of P&L management, food and labor cost control , and staffing strategies

· Passion for guest satisfaction with a welcoming, upbeat approach

· Creativity in community involvement, fundraising, and local store marketing

· Energetic, hands-on leadership with a professional, positive attitude
