As a Cushion Coverer, you'll play an important hands-on role in bringing the interior of our boats to life by transforming cut fabrics and cushion materials into finished, high-quality cushions ready for the assembly line.

What You'll Do

• Stuff and fit cushions according to patterns
• Cover cushions with fabric and securely staple materials to the framework
• Button and finish cushions for installation in our boats
• Inspect finished cushions for defects, damage, or stains
• Maintain Sportsman Boats' high standards for quality and craftsmanship
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work independently and as part of a team to keep production moving

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. You don't have to come from the boating industry—we can teach you our processes and help you develop your skills.

You'll need:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand and work with your hands and arms for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, grip, push, pull, and perform other physical movements throughout the day
• High school diploma or equivalent

Bilingual Spanish/English and marine or boating industry experience are a plus!
