MARKETING MANAGER

RHOME / QUADRA is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing initiatives across our brands. This role will oversee website content, social media, SEO and AI search optimization, paid advertising, events, sales support, and marketing collateral. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and creative problem-solver who can move comfortably between strategy and execution. This person should be equally capable of building a marketing plan, creating content, designing materials, managing campaigns, and tracking results. Location: Hybrid | Midtown Manhattan, near Penn Station and Port Authority Job Type: Full-time The Marketing Manager will be responsible for strengthening brand awareness, supporting business development, and maintaining consistent communication across all marketing channels. This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities may evolve as the company and its marketing needs grow. Responsibilities Marketing & Content Develop and execute marketing plans and campaign calendars. Create, edit, and publish content across multiple company websites. Write marketing copy, project descriptions, articles, email campaigns, presentations, and sales materials. Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual standards. Social Media Plan, create, schedule, and manage content across all social media channels. Produce graphics, photography, and short-form video content. Monitor engagement, messages, trends, and channel performance. Maintain an organized library of brand and project assets. SEO, AI Search & Advertising Improve website visibility through SEO, content optimization, and keyword strategy. Optimize content for traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms. Manage or coordinate paid search and digital advertising campaigns. Track website traffic, campaign results, and lead-generation performance. Event Marketing Support and coordinate events for clients or in collaboration with clients. Create event invitations, promotional content, signage, and follow-up communications. Coordinate with clients, internal teams, venues, and vendors as needed. Design and produce brochures, presentations, invitations, advertisements, signage, and other branded materials. Manage the production of digital and printed collateral from concept through completion. Ensure all materials are accurate, polished, and consistent with brand standards. Create proposals, presentations, case studies, project profiles, and other sales tools. Support client outreach, partnerships, lead-generation campaigns, and follow-up communications. Respond to time-sensitive marketing and business-development requests. Reporting & Project Management Manage marketing projects from concept through completion. Maintain timelines, budgets, approvals, files, and vendor relationships. Track marketing performance and recommend improvements based on results. Qualifications 4–7 years of experience in marketing, content, communications, or a related field. Strong writing, editing, design, and project-management skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat. Experience managing websites, social media channels, email campaigns, and digital content. Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, analytics, and AI search optimization. Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working independently. Experience in luxury real estate, interiors, architecture, design, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is preferred. Portfolio or relevant work samples may be requested.
