Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Brake Operator to join a manufacturing team in Catoosa, OK . This role is responsible for operating CNC press brake equipment to bend and form metal components according to engineering drawings, production specifications, and quality standards.

Required Experience & Skills
• Previous CNC brake or press brake operating experience REQUIRED
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production instructions
• Strong understanding of metal forming and fabrication processes
• Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, and machine adjustments
• Strong attention to measurement accuracy, tolerances, and part quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend and form metal components
• Adjust tooling, back gauges, and machine settings to meet production specifications
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and fabrication instructions
• Inspect finished parts to verify dimensional accuracy, tolerances, and quality standards
• Monitor machine performance and identify operational issues or maintenance needs
• Perform production checks and document quality inspection results as required
• Support production goals while maintaining precision and consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures, fabrication standards, and production requirements

Preferred Education
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Technical training in fabrication, machining, or metal forming is a plus

Work Environment
• Industrial manufacturing / fabrication environment
• Exposure to press brake equipment, fabricated metal materials, shop machinery, noise, and active production operations
• Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, repetitive movement, and PPE compliance
• Fast-paced production environment focused on precision and output
