Must be proficient in reading and writing English. Must be able to work on a strict schedule. Must be able to work 8 am – 5 pm PST (Los Angeles Time). Skills Data Entry Skills. Guarantee customer satisfaction. Handle tasks independently. Type at speed – Type texts accurately at a high speed. Have computer literacy – Utilize computers, IT equipment, Microsoft Applications technology in an efficient way. Create solutions to problems. Perform multiple tasks at the same time.
