Laser OperatorWe are looking for an experienced, dependable, and qualified Laser Operator with a highly-trained eye for quality to join our Gahanna, Ohio team!Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:15 pm- 1:45 amPay Rate: Starting at $20/hrRequired:Laser Operation experience; Minimum of 2 yearsMaintain and Trouble Shoot (Amada) Lasers for Precision Custom fabricationPhysically able to manually offload materials; Pulling, pushing, grasping, metal products between 15-75 lbs. regularly.Automation experience is preferred / but will train.Punch experience is preferred / but will train.Familiarity with nesting desired.Knowledgeable about changing lenses, and conducting routine preventive laser maintenance.Programming / modifying downloaded programs.Proven ability to read and interpret prints/drawings to fabricate parts.Ability to identify metals such as cold rolled, galvaneel, stainless, aluminum, etc.High attention to detail and safety.Education:High school or equivalent.Culture:This is a fast-paced JOB SHOP team environment where all associates are cross-trained and utilized in various depts. when necessary in order to assist in our goal of producing highly precise, defects-free products and services for our customers.
