Salary: $75,000 + $7K$10K Bonus

What You'll Do

• Assist the Executive Chef with all daily kitchen operations
• Lead, coach, and develop BOH managers and hourly team members
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and execution
• Manage food and labor costs while maintaining profitability
• Oversee ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety and sanitation
• Help drive a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture
• Step in to lead kitchen operations in the Executive Chef's absence

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of Executive Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience
• High-volume restaurant experience ($5M+ preferred)
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen environment
• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $75,000
• Performance Bonus: $7,000$10,000 annually
