Our Site Manager positions through our Randstad Inhouse Service (RIS) division offers a unique operation and staffing solution that caters specifically to clients with high-volume staffing needs. Randstad supports these top-tier accounts with an embedded solution, partnering on a client’s site to solve their workforce challenges. Onsite Schedule= 5 days/week (Elizabethtown, KY) Typical Hours= 8am-5pm Work Life Balance (is a huge factor when employed at Randstad) 18 days vacation to start (~3.5 weeks) Tuition discounts with a variety of learning partners 401K Access to our Medical, Dental, Vision plans Employee Share Purchase Plan Permanent Salary & Bonus potential $55,000-$57,000/year Bonus: $500-$800/month (fluctuates depending on site performance (not guaranteed year over year)) Responsibilities Recruit (utilizing Randstad app), screen and select candidates according to client-specific job profiles and workforce forecasts & create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent to execute on the recruiting plans (55% of the day) Talent Management (counseling, hiring & firing, payroll, random employee questions, coaching, etc) (10% of the day) Build, cultivate and maintain a strong partnership with the client (15% of the day) Responsible for employee orientation administration (submit backgrounds, drug testing, meet and greet candidates, etc) (20% of the day) Understand the client's business, processes, policies, and strategic direction Responsible for monitoring attendance, talent engagement ideas (raffles, gifts, promotions), doing QBRs with the client, preparing weekly reporting and running Job Fairs Comply with all operational standards and employment laws and regulations Offer innovative, creative, and effective employment solutions Qualifications 2+ years of business experience within Human Resources, Staffing Agency or Corporate Recruiting 1+ years in high-volume recruiting or staffing (strong asset) Ability to develop strong working relationships Experience multi-tasking and effectively prioritizing workload Professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups Ability to identify customer's needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required) #J-18808-Ljbffr Randstad USA
