Job Category Retail Position Summary We’re hiring a Manager in Training (MIT) to support retail store operations while preparing for future leadership opportunities. This hands‑on role provides experience in tire and automotive service sales, customer engagement, and operational excellence. Pay Range: $16.63 - $24.99 Responsibilities Program Details: This is a structured 90‑day training program designed to prepare you for promotion to Store Manager. During this period, you’ll complete training modules, demonstrate leadership competencies, and participate in a formal evaluation.
