Pay & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $80,000 to $115,000 (based on experience)
• Pay Package: Discussed upon application

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services
• Assist patients in rehabilitating and improving mobility
• Use electronic medical records (preferably Epic) for documentation
• Participate in weekend rotations approximately every 67 weeks
• Contribute to a diverse care team serving community clinics, schools, and home health patients
• Attend to occasional/rare skilled nursing facility or home health cases

What You Need

• Minnesota Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification (within 1 year)
• Minimum 1 year experience in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of electronic medical records systems, preferably Epic

• Experience with outpatient, inpatient, SNF, or home health therapy
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
