Pay & Benefits

• Pay Package: $80,000 to $115,000 annually based on experience
• Benefits: Highly competitive pay package; Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for a 2-year commitment
• Other: Perm placement fee (20% of Annual Base Salary minus 6% TRS Vendor Admin fee for vendors); pay discussed upon application

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services
• Assist with occasional skilled nursing facility (SNF), home health, or school-based cases
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR system
• Collaborate with a dedicated, experienced healthcare team
• Support patient recovery and functional independence
• Participate in staff rotations for weekends and rare holidays as scheduled

What You Need

• Minnesota Physical Therapist license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 1 year of hire
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare environments
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (preferably Epic)
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
