As a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a central figure in our patient care team, delivering exceptional, compassionate care that truly makes a difference in our patients' lives. Franciscan Medical Group, as part of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, is currently seeking a full time Clinic RN for the Franciscan Women's Health Associates Clinic in Tacoma, WA. We are looking for an engaged, energetic and passionate RN interested in high quality patient care. Experience in Women's Care, Labor and Delivery or NICU PREFERRED. This team of RNs supports our Pierce County Women's clinics for triage as well as NSTs & nurse visits. This positions requires critical thinking to provide triage support and patient education. Every day you will collaborate on comprehensive screenings, conduct critical risk assessments, provide vital preventative health education, and expertly coordinate care for diverse patient populations, leveraging technology to streamline processes. You'll ensure patients feel informed and at ease, patiently guiding them through instructions and addressing their concerns. To be successful in this role, you will combine robust clinical knowledge and technological proficiency with genuine compassion, strong communication skills, and an adaptable approach to learning and patient-centered care.

Required:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, upon hire and
• Registered Nurse: WA, upon hire and
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire

Preferred:

• One year RN work experience in a clinic setting OR two years of acute care RN work experience
