Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN to join their travel team, specializing in Stepdown care in the Neuro Stepdown & Epilepsy Monitoring Unit. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic acute care environment, attending to higher acuity neuroscience patients.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown - Travel

• Provide care for higher acuity neuroscience patients, including monitoring EVDs and managing post-TPA patients
• Implement NIH protocols and care for stroke patients
• Administer and titrate medications such as Amiodarone, Cardizem, Nitro, and more according to physician orders
• Coordinate with charge nurses and nurse aids to ensure quality patient care
• Collaborate with respiratory therapy for care of floor ventilated patients

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown - Travel

• Valid RN license
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required; ACLS preferred
• Experience in neuroscience and stroke patient care
• EPIC charting experience required
