Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN with expertise in stepdown nursing to join a leading Heart & Vascular Institute in Morgantown, WV. This travel assignment offers a dynamic work environment focused on cardiac and vascular post-op care, providing the opportunity to work as part of a supportive medical team.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown

• Provide comprehensive care for post-op cardiac and vascular surgery patients, including CABG, TAVRs, and more
• Manage and titrate drips such as Heparin, amiodarone, and Lasix
• Collaborate closely with unit charge nurses and house supervisors
• Float to sister units within the Heart and Vascular Institute as required
• Operate and monitor Cpap, Bipap, and Hi-flow equipment
• Engage in telemetry monitoring and interpretation

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown

• Current RN license and willingness to wait
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Experience in cardiac/vascular nursing required
• Ability to work night shifts, with a weekend and holiday schedule
