Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown - Travel

• Provide care to cardiac surgery post-op patients, including CABG, mitral clip, and heart transplants
• Manage vascular surgery post-op procedures such as AAA repair and angiograms
• Care for cardiology patients with conditions like STEMI, heart failure, and during cardiac cath procedures
• Titrate drips such as heparin, amiodarone, and dobutamine
• Collaborate with the unit charge nurse and clinical associates to ensure patient safety and high-quality care

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown - Travel

• Valid RN license
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Proven experience in cardiac/vascular care
