is looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and patient-focused RDA to join our team. We provide high-quality orthodontic care in a friendly, energetic environment where teamwork and patient experience are a priority. Orthodontic experience is a plus!

If you are an RDA with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine interest in orthodontics, we are happy to train the right person. Position Details Full-time:

Approximately 36 hours per week Schedule:

Monday–Thursday Hours:

7:00 AM–5:30 PM Location:

Elk Grove, CA Pay:

$20–$28 per hour, plus eligibility for a

monthly bonus program What You'll Do Assist the orthodontist with patient care and clinical procedures Take and maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation Provide a warm, welcoming experience for patients of all ages Educate patients on orthodontic treatment, oral hygiene, and care instructions Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Follow OSHA, infection control, and all safety protocols Work collaboratively with the orthodontic team to keep the day running smoothly Use basic computer systems for patient and practice management Help create a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors What We're Looking For Current California RDA license — required Current CPR certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, professional, and motivated Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working with children, teens, and adults Basic computer proficiency Orthodontic chairside experience preferred Experience with
