Primary Care Physician Opportunity

Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Primary Care Physician for a 100% outpatient opportunity in Lexington, Virginia. This position focuses on comprehensive primary care within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment. Physicians receive dedicated LPN and Medical Assistant support plus protected administrative time each day, allowing them to focus on high-quality, patient-centered medicine.

Position Overview:

• 100% Outpatient Primary Care
• Choice of 5x8 or 4x10 schedule
• Up to 22 patients per day
• 1 hour of dedicated administrative time each day
• Dedicated LPN support
• Dedicated Medical Assistant support

Compensation:

• $200,000-$275,000 based on experience

Role:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered medicine
• Work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team
• Maintain clinical autonomy while working collaboratively
• Develop meaningful patient relationships
• Utilize dedicated daily administrative time for non-clinical responsibilities

Requirements:

• Board certified in family medicine or internal medicine
• Clear and active Virginia medical license
