Marketing Proposal Specialist

Collaborating with East Region business development and operations teams, the full-time remote Marketing Proposal Specialist will manage the preparation of client solicitations, ensuring high-quality proposal submissions and contributing to proposal strategy through market research and data analysis. Key responsibilities Leads and supports proposal development from capture through interview preparation, ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards Coordinates proposal content and logistics, including schedules, templates, and production, while serving as a lead writer/editor for key sections Participates in go/no-go analyses and internal debriefs, leveraging past pursuit information to drive continuous improvement in proposal efforts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, with 4+ years of proposal development experience Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign Experience responding to RFQs/RFPs and producing compliant, high-quality submittals Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, compelling content Strong understanding of proposal strategy, compliance, and production processes
