Legal Assistant | Administrative & Client Support Richmond, VA | Onsite | Direct Hire Opportunity

We're seeking a highly organized Legal Assistant to support attorneys and practice groups in a fast-paced professional environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who excels at managing documents, coordinating schedules, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, edit, and proofread legal and business documents
• Manage calendars, meetings, deadlines, and correspondence
• Maintain electronic and physical files with a high degree of accuracy
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
• Provide administrative support and assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal or professional administrative experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
