Sr Tech Field Engineer

Sr Tech Field Engineer Culver City, CA (Contract)
- Own all onsite service activities for assigned complex client accounts
- Execute advanced maintenance tasks and low-complexity installations
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues using advanced tools and knowledge
- Provide technical feedback to optimize equipment, systems, and processes
- Support team members with technical expertise and assistance
- Document service details and contribute to improved client service metrics
- Identify systemic technical/process issues and recommend improvements to management
- Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and technical guidance Required Skills and Experience: - High school diploma or GED
- 2 4 years field engineering or related technical experience
- Strong background in field engineering support
- Hands-on experience with hardware/software troubleshooting and maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced settings Preferred Skills: - Technical certification or Associate Degree
- Experience supporting large/complex client environments
- Proficiency in advanced diagnostic tools
