As a Category Analyst, you'll help shape product strategy, support category growth, and uncover opportunities that drive sales and customer engagement. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys analytics, market trends, and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced CPG environment. What You Will Do * Analyze customer, category, and market data to support pricing, promotions, assortment, and shelving recommendations * Assist with new product launches and help evaluate category and brand performance * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to support business decisions * Support the development of marketing and sales plans through data-driven insights * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development What You Bring * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field * 1-2 years of experience in category management, marketing, analytics, or related internships preferred * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools * Ability to communicate insights clearly and work collaboratively across teams * Eagerness to learn and grow within category management and CPG Why Litehouse?
